I am amazed that it is already week 6. This has been such a great learning experience for me. Every day we have done something completely different to work our body to exhaustion. Last week we were outside for 2 days working on a hill doing lunges, squats, triceps against power poles on the mountain. We used rocks to do shoulder presses, and more triceps workouts, Fantastic workouts just using things around us.
We had a substitute today so I won’t be measured until Wednesday. I was anxious to see if I had lost the 2 pounds that I had gained during week 4 and here are my results………………………… I lost the 2 pounds gained plus an additional 2
4 Pounds!!!!!!
This is the menu I will be enjoying this week!
