We are now about 2 weeks away from moving to Colorado and we are all dealing with it a bit different. Steve has been in Glenwood Springs since Tuesday and is doing really well. As for me I am excited, nervous, sad, & just ready to be moved and get started on this new adventure we are about to take. Tyson is struggling the most. Tonight I went down to check on the kids and normally they would all be asleep but not tonight. As I sat down next to him I could see so much worry in his face. I asked him what was wrong and he told me that he doesn't want to move and leave all his friends and Mrs. Kowallis. All I could do was lay next to him, let him cry, and talk to me about it while trying to comfort him. Tyson said multiple times that he doesn't know why everyone else is excited because he isn't. I know that it is going to take Tyson longer to get used to the idea and I hope that I can be a comfort to him during this hard, sad, & scary time. Parker is excited but sad that we got rid of our fish today. Chloe seems to be fine but I think is struggling not having her Dad around.
Zander, well he is just a happy little boy.
Soon we will be in a new place and it will be exciting, hard, scary, & fun but I know as long as we are together we will be happy and make it through anything that comes our way!
